Jessica Hahn is a results-oriented leader with over 10 years of experience in driving operational efficiency and growth across B2B and B2C e-commerce businesses. As Vice President at Oak Hill Brands Corp., she leverages her expertise in sales, customer support, inventory control, and vendor relations to oversee all day-to-day operations. She’s driven to maximize productivity and reduce costs by streamlining processes across departments.

Previously, Jessica excelled in various roles rising from Sales Representative to General Manager of the e-commerce division. Her success lies in building strong customer relationships, optimizing inventory management, and implementing efficient strategies for sales growth. Jessica attended Northern Illinois University and brings a strong work ethic and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Anand Buch is a seasoned telecommunications executive with a rich history of driving innovation and growth in the industry. He currently serves as a Board Advisor to Oak Hill Brands where he advises on long-term strategic planning, mentoring and relationship building. In addition, Anand serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and General Manager for Crexendo.

Previously, Anand co-founded and led NetSapiens as CEO, a cloud-based communications platform software company. Under his tenure the company grew to almost two million users and received numerous industry awards. Recently, Anand led the successful and accretive strategic merger of NetSapiens into Crexendo, in the best longer term interest of NetSapiens clients, investors, and employees.

Before founding NetSapiens, Mr. Buch held various engineering and leadership roles at Nuera Communications. He earned an MBA degree from San Diego State University, and an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.

Anand’s expertise lies in:

• Contributing to Oak Hill Brand’s future vision, company partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Co-founding and leading NetSapiens as CEO, where he grew the cloud-based communications platform to nearly two million users before its acquisition by Crexendo in 2021.
• After the NetSapiens acquisition, he has since grown the platform to over four and a half million users as General Manager of Crexendo’s Software Division.
